Zachary Burberry

Psychologist

Zach is a registered psychologist with a unique blend of forensic, private-practice, and active military experience. Currently serving in the Australian Defence Force, I draw on specific insights to help clients build resilient, high-performance mindsets. I work with all ages, tailoring interventions to match their developmental stage, personality structure, and relational needs.

My background equips me to work flexibly across all ages—from assessment of children, to helping adolescents navigate identity formation, emotion regulation, and family dynamics, to supporting adults with performance demands, interpersonal struggles, or long-standing personality issues. I have a particular clinical interest in performance psychology, complex relational patterns, early adverse childhood experiences, and couples therapy. I especially value long-term, depth-oriented work with clients—including those with complex concerns—where sustained intervention can support profound and lasting change.
