Locations 

The Lantern Psychology Centre is located at two central locations in Deakin, Canberra, ACT.     

 

The two locations are within walking distance from one another. See the map below.

 Thesiger Court Clinic

Thesiger Court is comprised of a large loop road and two small loop roads, Lantern is located in Rowland House on one of the small loops. (See the map above to locate Rowland House).

The building can also be accessed from Strickland Crescent, across from the Calvary John James Hospital.

The entrance is to the right of the Deakin Medical Centre signage.

Parking

A large free parking lot  is located adjacent Rowland House within the large Thesiger Court loop or along Denison Street.

 

Free parking is also available along Denison Street and free 2 hour parking along Strickland Crescent.

There are also eight paid ticket parking spots directly adjacent Rowland House on the smaller loop. If you drive around the loop, there are three more paid parking spots and a disabled parking spot. There is also paid parking which is almost always available in front of the John James Medical Specialist Centre on Strickland Crescent.

Public Transport

Bus route 58 between the city and Woden stops on Strickland Crescent near John James Hospital, directly in front of Rowland House. Bus route 57 (from Woden to the City) stops a nearby Novar St (5 mins walk).

3/6 Geils Court

Deakin, ACT

Geils Court is a long road with a loop across from Deakin and Me cafe. The building on the far side of the Geils Court loop.

Parking

The closest parking is on the Geils Court loop. This is paid parking only or disabled parking. There is a large paid carpark on Geils court (the long part of the road). There is a track (short cut) from this carpark, part Green Associates, to the Geils Court loop. There is also some free parking spots along Strickland Crescent and paid parking across Strickland Crescent in front of the Specialist Centre.

Public Transport

Bus route 58 between the city and Woden stops on Strickland Crescent near John James Hospital, directly in front of Rowland House. Bus route 57 (from Woden to the City) stops a nearby Novar St (5 mins walk).
