Robyn Henderson
Registered Psychologist
When life becomes heavy, when work pressures build, relationships feel strained, or you find yourself running on empty, it can be hard to stay steady. Robyn is a registered psychologist who supports adults navigating burnout, overwhelm, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, weight-related challenges, and major life transitions.
Many of the people feel stretched between competing demands: showing up at work, caring for others, and trying to look after themselves at the same time. Robyn helps clients create the space to breathe again, untangle what feels overwhelming, and find a clearer path forward.
Her approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate. She focuses on helping you reconnect with what matters most, clarity, wellbeing, and living in alignment with your values, so that your decisions, habits, and relationships feel more intentional and less driven by pressure or fear.
Whether you’re trying to restore balance, rebuild confidence, repair your relationship with yourself, or simply understand why everything feels so hard lately, Robyn offers a steady place to pause, reflect, and begin again.
Before psychology, Robyn worked across government in Defence, Corrections, and Policing. She has led large teams, performed frontline roles, and in addition to her psychology credentials, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). These experiences give her a deep understanding of high-pressure environments and the personal toll they can take over time.
Robyn’s style is warm, practical, and collaborative. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients set meaningful goals, make sustainable changes, and move toward a more balanced, values-driven life.
