Clinical Psychologist

Molly is a clinical psychologist offering clinical assessment, psychoeducation, psychological interventions and psychotherapy for a range of individual and interpersonal problems and for mental health disorders. This includes, but is not limited to, coping with stress or burnout, adjustment difficulties, impacts of attachment and other trauma, grief and loss, relationship and communication issues, emotion regulation difficulties, feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.

Molly’s approach is integrative, person-centred, compassionate and evidence based. She will work collaboratively with you and be guided by your individual needs, drawing on her training and experience in cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT/ACT/DBT), psychodynamic therapies (Schema/AEDP/CSRT/Gestalt/EMDR), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

Molly sees adults aged 18+ seeking therapy however is NOT currently accepting new referrals. Capacity to intake new clients is regularly reviewed and updated here. Previous clients are welcome to get in touch.
