Molly is a clinical psychologist offering clinical assessment, psychoeducation, psychological interventions and psychotherapy for a range of individual and interpersonal problems and for mental health disorders. This includes, but is not limited to, coping with stress or burnout, adjustment difficulties, impacts of attachment and other trauma, grief and loss, relationship and communication issues, emotion regulation difficulties, feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
Molly’s approach is integrative, person-centred, compassionate and evidence based. She will work collaboratively with you and be guided by your individual needs, drawing on her training and experience in cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT/ACT/DBT), motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapies Schema/AEDP/CSRT/Gestalt), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.
Molly is accepting new referrals for adults from July 2025.
