Mandy McNaught is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in private practice, the community sector and public and private hospital settings.

Mandy has a particular interest in working with people who have had adverse early life experiences as well as adults recently diagnosed with Attentional Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Mandy’s integrative approach to psychotherapy has foundations in her clinical training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She also draws upon Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy principles and strategies for clients whom have difficulties with distress tolerance, strong emotions and also for treatment of anxiety.

Mandy strives to create a safe, comfortable space where people feel listened to and well supported.
