Manar Arabani

Registered Psychologist

Women's wellbeing is something I care about deeply, and honestly, there is nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing a woman grow, evolve, and show up in her life in ways she didn't before. That passion is at the heart of everything I do.

I'm a registered psychologist working exclusively with women aged 18 and above, and I support a wide range of concerns including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, stress, challenges with habit building and goal setting, low self-esteem, interpersonal challenges and life transitions. I also support anxiety-related conditions, including obsessive-compulsive symptoms, within my scope of practice.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred, drawing on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Sessions are tailored to you: your life, your goals, your pace. Together, we'll work on building insight, developing strategies that genuinely help, and moving toward the things that matter most to you.

If you're considering reaching out, I'd love to support you on that journey. You can trust that everything within our work together will always come from a place of compassion, honesty, and zero judgement, because that's simply who I am, both as a psychologist and as a person.
