I am a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with 10 years of experience in the public mental health sector in Canberra, Sydney, and the UK. I specialise in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and emotional difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults through a warm and personable approach.

I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and attachment-based family therapies. I have a particular interest in working with families, especially those supporting loved ones with mental health difficulties. Currently, I am undertaking further study in family and couples therapy at the Family Systems Institute in Sydney.
