Jodie Herbert
Neurodiversity & Disability Mentor
Founder – Ability Pathways
Jodie Herbert is the founder of Ability Pathways and trained Neurodiversity & ADHD Coach, providing structured mentoring and executive function support for neurodivergent adults and the people who support them.
Jodie works alongside treating psychologists to support clients in implementing agreed functional goals between sessions. Her role is not therapy, but practical follow-through — helping clients navigate executive functioning challenges, workplace dynamics, NDIS processes, and complex systems in real-world settings between appointments.
With over 20 years of lived and professional experience in disability and neurodiversity, Jodie brings both structured implementation expertise and a deep understanding of the emotional and systemic challenges families face. She has particular experience supporting adults with ADHD, Autism, acquired neurological conditions, and complex mental health presentations where capacity fluctuates.
