Erin Potter

Clinical Psychologist

Erin is a Clinical Psychologist offering therapeutic services for young people (ages 16+) and adults with a range of presentations.

Using a person-centred, warm and compassionate approach, Erin enjoys building strong, collaborative relationships to help people be seen in challenges, and build skills and confidence to move through difficult times.

Erin is experienced in helping individuals who are experiencing issues such as Anxiety, Depression, grief and loss, adjustment, stress, eating and body related concerns, trauma, perfectionism, emotion management, sleep and relationship difficulties. She has extensive experience working with neurodiverse people.
Erin draws predominantly on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her work, however recognising that every person is unique, utilises a range of other approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to tailor support to each individual.

Erin is a board-approved supervisor.
