Bianca is a registered Clinical Psychologist, an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU), an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and a Board Approved Supervisor.
Bianca’s psychological practice integrates current research and clinical experience. She is compassionate, inclusive and collaborative. Bianca provides a sensorily safe space for psychological therapy for neurodivergent people and people who have experienced complex trauma (16 years and over). Bianca also conducts Autism and ADHD assessments (6 years and older), and cognitive assessments (6 to 16 years).
Bianca integrates evidence-based therapies and collaboratively develops person-centred approaches for each of her clients. Her therapy approaches include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Parts Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorientating (DBR), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Bianca provides training to allied health and medical practitioners on neurodiversity-affirming practice, and to share current evidence-based information on Autism and ADHD.
Bianca is neurodivergent (AuDHDer) and has a strengths-based approach when working with neurodivergent people. She has completed training focused on assessments, and currently seeks supervision from neurodivergent clinical supervisors. Bianca believes that strengthening identity and self-esteem and improving daily functioning through individual plans that incorporate accommodations and strategies can support Autistic and ADHD people to flourish. Bianca has a particular interest in and experience working therapeutically with people who are twice-exceptional (2e).
Bianca is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), and the League of Autistic Psychologists and Affirming Colleagues (LOAPAC).
