Our People

Bianca offers Autism and ADHD Assessments for adults and children.

Bianca is a registered Clinical Psychologist, an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and a board approved Supervisor.

Bianca’s psychological practice integrates current research and clinical experience. She is compassionate, inclusive and collaborative. Bianca provides a sensorily safe space for psychological therapy for neurodivergent people and people who have experienced complex trauma (16 years and over). Bianca also conducts autism and ADHD assessments (6 years and older).

Bianca integrates evidence-based therapies and collaboratively develops person-centred approaches for each of her clients. Her therapy approaches include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Bianca is neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) and has a strengths-based approach when working with neurodivergent people. She has completed training focused on neurodivergent brains and assessments, and currently seeks supervision from neurodivergent clinical supervisors. Bianca believes that strengthening identity and self-esteem and improving daily functioning through individual plans that incorporate accommodations and strategies can support neurodivergent people to flourish. Bianca has a particular interest in and experience working therapeutically with people who are twice-exceptional (2e).

Bianca uses an attachment-based, trauma-informed and emotion-focused approach when working with people who have experienced complex trauma. She works with people who are having challenges related to bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder. She works with clients within their window of tolerance when processing traumatic events and complex trauma.

Bianca is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), AEDP Australia, and the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDA).
