The Lantern Psychology Centre operates from two clinics in Deakin ACT (5/10 Thesiger Court and 3/6 Geils Court).
The Thesiger Court clinical offers nine purpose-built therapy rooms designed for psychologists operating a solo practice. Both Geils Court and Thesiger Court clinics have rooms available for rental.

At Lantern, we welcome warm, supportive, professional, self-motivated psychologists or psychiatrists, who are life-long learners, who are willing to support each other and share ideas, resources and referrals.
Lantern Psychology Spaces
Each office has been designed to support the mental health and professional development of practitioners and the confidentiality and comfort of the clients. Each therapy room is spacious, with modern furniture and natural light.
Rent includes high-speed NBN network, all services, HICAPS, paper-less fax, scanner and photocopier, coffee and tea. We also share a secure shared space to share referrals and a secure in-house messaging tool for easy and quick communication between practitioners.
Common room
Both centres have a common room for breaks and meals to encourage interaction of practitioners during the work day.
Reception
We do not have a dedicated receptionist, we am happy to provide supervision or mentoring in online systems that reduce administration. A security camera in the waiting room areas doubles as an easy means to see when clients have arrived for appointments.
Parking
Both properties are in easy walking access to free parking.
Please note both centres are upstairs and there is no lift access.

Rates for room hire range from $120 – $145 per day, The rental price includes all expenses including HICAPS, services, internet, photocopying and printing, faxing, secure document disposal, website marketing, access coffee and tea.
**Consultation (Setting up in private practice)
If you are new to private practice and do not know where to start, Alison provides consultation sessions at an hourly rate to provide guidance around setting up in private practice. This can include advice on practice management software (specifically Halaxy), how to set fees, manage waitlists, and build up a referral base.
