My name is Isobel Kelly, and I am a Registered Psychologist, primarily working with clients 18 years and over. I have experience working across both public and private settings, working with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health concerns. I provide therapy for depression, anxiety and panic disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. I have completed training in a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and Schema Therapy.

I am a Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician, and I am passionate about supporting clients to reach full recovery from their eating disorders and establish more sustainable habits and mindsets around eating and exercise. I adopt a weight-inclusive approach to working with my clients, recognising that a person’s health is determined by a range of factors, not just their weight. I have training and experience in the assessment and treatment of Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder and other related eating disorder presentations that may not fit neatly into a diagnostic category.

I value an individualised and collaborative approach to therapy and draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to meet my clients’ individual needs and goals. I am focused on supporting clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, and I take an active approach to therapy that involves building new skills and techniques both during and between sessions. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space for all clients, and am a neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
